Betty Brubach
Betty
Brubach has completed a number of portraits, but also enjoys landscapes
and still-lifes. Oil and pastel are favorite mediums but recently
she has experimented with reliefs in mixed media. One major accomplishment was
the development, design and implementation of a 25-foot mural depicting
the history of Greene County, VA, which is permanently installed in the
Greene County Visitors Center. Brubach has participated in many exhibitions,
and her paintings are in collections throughout the US.
