Hello, I am Carol Barber the featured artist for December. I am a Mom to a 12 and 17 year old, work as a teaching assistant in a public school kindergarten, attend classes to work towards a teaching certificate to teach art in the schools and I teach at the Arts Center in Orange. So I am busy, just like you. Creating works on paper take a perfect amount of time for me to fit into my schedule. And I love creating them! However, they do start to accumulate over the course of a year. I hope you can join me this Saturday, December 2, as I bring them all out to the Arts Center in Orange for a pop-up shop. ks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing whenzdc it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools. Appreciate you reading and sharing your story since I can certainly relate and I think others can to Leave a Reply. |
