Statement

I think of my paintings as a picture journal of my life and travels and interests.

The paintings are an expression of what I see and feel and hope to convey to the viewer.

Life is constantly changing around me and my memory stores bits and pieces, symbols and colors. The memories are moments in time. My journals add to the moments to give them life and memory enlightenment... they may be loose or detailed.

All of the great paintings that have been created or will ever be painted are contained in those lovely colors that await my brush.

So now for the first time in my journey and adventure of living, I am free to be carried away on the tides of creativity.

This is not a psychological unveiling of my innermost being... just a joyful adventure awaiting me to connect past and present in unlimited possibilities.
