I live in beautiful Albemarle County and am an exhibiting member of the James River Art League in Richmond and BozART Fine Art Collective in Charlottesville. I also serve BozART as Vice President. I am an exhibiting member of Crossroads Art Center and a member of Plein Air groups and the American Impressionist Society. Additionally, I serve on the Arts Committee for Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville.

My inspiration to create comes from my travels abroad and within our lovely state of Virginia. As an avid plein air painter, I immerse myself in the sights and sounds around me. There's nothing like capturing the golden glow of sunset spilling over a tranquil lake, the shifting shadows across a bustling city park or the fresh morning air stirring through a mountain landscape. Working on location allows me to bring the true atmosphere and fleeting beauty of each moment to my paintings.
